Located in the heart of Cadaqués bay overlooking healthy, Es Baluard was opened in 1967 by Quimet Seriñana and his wife, Mary Torrents.
It is now a family restaurant run weight son, Josep Seriñana by his wife, Fanni Puig and his two sons, Adria and Aina.
Es Baluard offers seasonal cuisine prepared mainly with local fish.
Bream, shrimp/prawns, squid and typical fish of Cap de Creus are some products which, when the conditions permit, we offer.
Traditional, well liked rice dishes(excellent paellas): mixed or crab and rice with cuttlefish and squid.Homemade desserts: Catalan cream, vanilla biscuit with hot chocolate, profiteroles, cheesecake or even candied figs with Catalan ricotta.
Our wine list contains many local D.O. Empordà wines, you will also find many other Spanish wines. Our desire is to provide quality and simplicity with a total respect for local product.
